Place your diffuser in areas with soft, natural airflow to help the fragrance travel — hallways, bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, and home offices all work beautifully. Avoid placing it directly beside open windows, radiators, or strong draughts, as this can cause the fragrance to evaporate more quickly.

To keep your diffuser performing at its best, flip the reeds every one to two weeks for a refreshed scent, or use fewer reeds if you prefer a softer aroma. Replace reeds when they become saturated, and keep the bottle away from direct sunlight to maintain a slow, even release.

Our 200ml diffuser typically lasts around three to four months in smaller rooms, and two to three months in larger, open spaces. Longevity varies depending on room temperature, airflow, humidity, and the number of reeds used — warmer rooms and stronger air movement will naturally shorten the lifespan, while cooler, still spaces help the fragrance last longer.
