Shipping policy
At Elyva & Philia, we take care to prepare and package every order safely before dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During busy periods, product launches or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service selected and your delivery location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, bank holidays, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elyvaandphilia.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@elyvaandphilia.com with your order number and delivery details.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and keep you updated. Please allow reasonable time for courier investigations to be completed.
Damaged Orders
We take great care when packaging our products, but on rare occasions items may become damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@elyvaandphilia.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of any damaged inner packaging
Please keep the damaged product and packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as this may be required by the courier.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at info@elyvaandphilia.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the missing item.
International Delivery
At this time, we do not currently offer international delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.
